Custom prints are final sale except verified defects or True Color errors reported within 48 hours.

Report a problem

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can review the issue. Please keep the printed item available while we verify the defect or True Color error.

We cannot reprint work for errors in customer-provided artwork, including typos, incorrect dimensions, or incorrect files.

Customer identity, artwork, order details, and analytics data are kept private and are not reused without recorded permission.
