What's the difference between tri-fold and half-fold?

Tri-fold divides the 8.5×11" sheet into 3 equal panels — you get 6 sides (front, back, and 4 interior). Half-fold folds the sheet in half — you get 4 sides, each a larger 5.5×8.5" panel. Tri-fold is more compact (fits in a pocket); half-fold has more space per panel.

How do I set up my file?

For tri-fold: set up 3 equal panels of 3.67" wide × 11" tall on each side, with 1/8" bleed. For half-fold: 2 panels of 4.25" × 11" each side. We'll send you a template — just ask.

What batch quantities are available?

Folding and scoring each brochure requires setup time. Choose an available batch above. For a smaller run or different stock, ask for a reviewed quote.

How much does half-fold cost vs. tri-fold?

The estimator shows tri-fold pricing. Half-fold requires a reviewed quote for the exact stock, fold, and quantity. The standard tri-fold configurator shows the current reviewed total.
