Question 1

How much do cosmetic labels cost in Saskatoon?

Accepted Answer

For 25-label test batches or a common 2×3" cosmetic label, the current total depends on your selected size, material, finish, and quantity. View a supported reviewed configuration on the product page or request a quote for other jobs.

Question 2

What material do you use for cosmetic and skincare labels?

Accepted Answer

ARLPMF7008 — a 3 mil cast vinyl with permanent adhesive. It is the same material small-batch skincare brands use because it wraps curved bottles (droppers, pumps, jars) without lifting at the edges. Printed on our Roland TrueVIS VG2 eco-solvent printer/cutter and gloss laminated, so it resists smudging from oils, alcohol, water, and fingertip contact. It holds up in Saskatchewan winter dry air, bathroom humidity, and fridge storage equally well.

Question 3

Will the labels stick to amber dropper bottles and frosted pump bottles?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that is exactly what this 3 mil vinyl is designed for. The permanent adhesive bonds to glass, frosted glass, aluminum tubes, and most rigid plastic cosmetic containers. For very small or tightly curved bottles under 30ml, keep the label height under about 1.5" to avoid wrinkling. Bring one of your bottles to 216 33rd St W and we will spec the right size against it.

Question 4

Can you handle Health Canada cosmetic label requirements?

Accepted Answer

We print exactly what you supply in your artwork. Health Canada requires an INCI ingredient list, net quantity in metric units, manufacturer name and address, lot code, and PAO symbol — these are your responsibility to include. If your design needs help laying out the required text at legal minimum sizes, our in-house designer can confirm the fee for a standard layout with a same-day proof. We do not certify compliance — that is between you and Health Canada — but we will print what you send.

Question 5

Do you offer matte or gloss finish?

Accepted Answer

Both are available; ask us to confirm the current reviewed price for the selected finish. Matte reads as natural and apothecary, which suits soap makers, essential oil bottlers, and botanical skincare. Gloss reads as clinical and luxury, which suits perfumes, serums, and high-end cosmetic lines. If you are unsure, request a reviewed quote for 25 of each and hold them against your bottles before committing to a full run.

Question 6

What sizes work best for cosmetic containers?

Accepted Answer

1.5×2" for narrow dropper bottles and lip balm tubes, 2×3" for 30ml pump bottles and small jars, and 2.5×3.5" for 50–100ml bottles and aluminum tubes. Request the current reviewed total for the selected size and a 25-label batch. Any other rectangle can be entered as a custom size in the configurator.

Question 7

How fast can I get cosmetic labels printed in Saskatoon?

Accepted Answer

Standard turnaround is 1–3 business days after you approve the proof. Same-day rush is available for a confirmed fee if you place the order before 10 AM with print-ready artwork and capacity allows. Call (306) 954-8688 in the morning to confirm same-day capacity — small label runs usually fit alongside other jobs without delaying anything.
